REAL HOUSEWIVES Star Lisa Hochstein Turns Herself In on Spying Allegations

Published April 16, 2026

Lisa Hochstein, known from Real Housewives of Miami, surrendered to Miami law enforcement on Wednesday facing felony accusations related to intercepting communications involving her ex-husband. The 43-year-old television personality was processed with a $5,000 bond but was released after agreeing to appear in court without posting bail.

Both Hochstein and her former boyfriend, 52-year-old Jody Glidden, are charged with illegally intercepting “oral statements by Leonard Hochstein and those Leonard Hochstein spoke with,” as outlined in court records.

Glidden was taken into custody on Sunday, entered a plea of not guilty on Monday, and has requested a trial by jury.

Representing Hochstein, her lawyer described the case as "a component of a contentious divorce proceeding" and argued it should not be addressed in criminal court.

Lisa Hochstein and plastic surgeon Leonard Hochstein finalized their divorce in 2024 after 13 years of marriage and share custody of two children.

Meanwhile, Bravo has temporarily halted the series due to declining viewership.
