Bad Bunny's Spotify Billions Club Concert Film Arrives Sooner Than Expected [VIDEO]

Bad Bunny’s debut performance in Asia at Spotify’s exclusive Billions Club in Tokyo is set to premiere on the platform very soon. Spotify revealed on Monday, April 6, that the concert film capturing this one-night-only event will be available starting April 8.

Titled Billions Club Live With Bad Bunny: A Concert Film, it features the Puerto Rican icon performing 17 of his biggest tracks — including “DtMF,” “Baile Involvidable,” “Nuevalyol,” and “EOO” — at Tipstar Dome Chiba on March 7. This show took place nearly a month after his headline appearance at Super Bowl LX.

This marked Spotify’s inaugural Billions Club Live event in the Asian region and showcased a salsa rendition of his 2018 reggaetón hit “MIA,” which included special guest performances by Puerto Rican groups Los Pleneros de la Cresta and Los Sobrinos. Additional memorable moments featured “Yonaguni,” where the audience sang along to the Japanese lyrics, and a surprise guest appearance by Jowell & Randy for “Safaera.”

The concert opened and closed with sets by DJ Nasthug, while notable celebrities such as BLACKPINK’s LISA and contemporary artist Takashi Murakami were spotted among the attendees.

Bad Bunny has been breaking multiple records recently, boasting 29 songs with over one billion streams each on Spotify. In February, he achieved a record-setting 29 simultaneous entries on Billboard’s Hot Latin Songs chart, including holding the entire top 25 positions, and also secured the number one spot on the all-genre Billboard Hot 100.

Moreover, his Super Bowl LX Halftime Show became the most viewed in history. According to coproducer Roc Nation, Benito’s groundbreaking performance amassed a global audience of 4.157 billion views within the first 24 hours across worldwide and U.S. broadcasts, as well as YouTube and other digital platforms.
